About the Role

Support due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring on cross-border M&A deals for buyers, sellers, and management teams across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial, tax, and commercial due diligence workstreams
• Build and maintain valuation models across multiple methodologies
• Draft transaction materials including information memoranda and management presentations
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and client teams throughout the deal lifecycle
• Assist in deal origination and market research

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
