Godwin Ighedosa is a lawyer and Chartered Certified Accountant serving as Director General of the Institute for Fiscal Studies (Nigeria), Managing Partner at Godwin Edosa-Charles & Associates LLP, and Managing Director of Galaxy Commodities International Inc. He specialises in international investment and securities law, tax law, corporate law, and cross-border inheritance disputes. He has held senior positions across the private sector, consulted widely for public sector institutions, and lectured extensively on subjects including Oil and Gas contracts, M&A financing, project appraisals, transfer pricing, financial derivatives, shareholder rights protection, and corporate restructuring. He also sits on the boards of various Charities, Social Enterprises, and Non-Governmental Organisations.
