Senior Tax Advisor

About the Role

Lead cross-border tax engagements for high-growth businesses and family offices, combining technical depth with genuine commercial judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax advisory engagements across Nigerian and UK jurisdictions
• Lead tax structuring workstreams on M&A and restructuring transactions
• Review and sign off on complex tax computations and filings
• Mentor associates and support their technical development
• Build and maintain senior client relationships

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CITN qualification (or equivalent)
• 6+ years post-qualification experience in tax advisory, ideally Big Four or a leading advisory firm
• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian and cross-border tax frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
